What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address. When you track expenses we store the entries you add. When you use the subscription scan, we process your statement only to detect recurring charges — individual transactions are not retained after processing, and uploaded files are deleted automatically within 30 days. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the service: organizing your spending, detecting subscriptions, and surfacing relevant deals based on your spending categories. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run GoldNest: Stripe (payments), Microsoft Azure (hosting and document processing), Resend (transactional email), and affiliate networks including the Amazon Associates program for product recommendations.
Your choices
You can delete your data at any time from your account, or by emailing support@goldnest.cc. We'll respond to access and deletion requests promptly.
